Karen and Kaylie definitely got a little excited over BAGS this season! If you visit either one of our stores you will see the shelves delightfully designed with bags in mind! Here are some of the highlights from early Spring 2014:
First up is INGE CHRISTOPHER, a new line to the Moxie family. Inge Christopher is a line that literally derived from love! Inge Hendromartono and Christopher Senn met and fell in love 29 years ago, and their bag line now celebrates 27 years in business. Focused on clutches, these beauties are extremely well-made and use thick, high quality materials. We couldn’t love them more. $180-$265.

Another new addition to our stores is JOELLE HAWKENS by Treesje. This line uses luxe leather that feels super high-end, but remains under $350 (our selection runs under $258)! Vintage fabrics inspired the line’s custom hardware. On any given day, you can spot Kaylie running around Beacon Hill and Wellesley center in the black distressed “Citizen” bag!
FOLEY & CORINNA is a tried and true favorite line of the Moxie team and our customers. The company keeps on winning with their famous “Mid City Tote” and its family of similarly-styled fold over bags. But what makes Foley & Corinna stand out from the crowd? Each season continues to bring surprises aside from their staple pieces. We don’t mean to tease you, but we just returned from their showroom in NYC and saw glistening snakeskin, fluffy rabbit fur and jaw-droppingly beautiful colors. They never cease to impress!
REBECCA MINKOFF’s eye for city style is undeniable. Edgy details adorn classic silhouettes that are always utilitarian in some way- some bags are convertible clutch/crossbody/shoulder pieces, others offer you complete interior organization. We love these bags because they always go from day to evening seamlessly.
In the Fall we introduced DANIELLE NICOLE, another gently priced line that uses vegan materials and retails for $98 and under! The talented young Danielle began designing at 18 and is best known for her chic “Alexa” tote. Moxie girls highly recommend Danielle Nicole bags as gifts for your stylish girlfriends- they’re always sure to please!
